These foods contain a compound capsaicin which creates heat and spicy flavor. According to research conducted by the European Journal of Nutrition, these compounds may also help reduce appetite.





2. lettuce
Six lettuce contains vitamin A more than 100%. Vitamin A can replace the dead skin cells so skin stays healthy and smooth. Potassium and mineral content can also refresh the skin and improve circulation of skin pores.


3. apple
Content of antioxidants in apples, protects the skin from UVB rays which can lead to skin cancer. Apples also help control the action of the bowels, while the fiber in fruits can control blood cholesterol in the body.


4. tea
This drink is rich in antioxidants that can reduce inflammation and protect cell membranes. Several studies have shown that tea may reduce skin damage from ultraviolet rays. Green tea also mengdung compounds that can replace the dead skin cells.




5. White water
Most of the skin cells filled with water, if dehydrated skin will look dry. Drinking eight glasses of water a day helps you avoid dehydration throughout the day. Drinking water does not have to wait for thirst to come.
